Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged or is the faulty item, you can return it for a refund.  If you have any problem.  Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item.  

For all return items, please keep the original packing and write down your name and reason before returning to us. 

If you've changed your mind and want to send it back, you can return to us.  delivery and return postage will not be refunded.

 

Please note, for all personalised items can not be returned for a refund once item has been done.   If you want to cancel your order or any change, please contact us as soon as possible.
