Wholesale return policy
Wholesale Return Policy:
For a full credit or refund (goods value only) subject to the following conditions:
- The goods are received by us in their original packaging and in such a condition that we can put them back into stock.
- The goods are received by us within 14 days of the date of despatch.
Any returns complying with the above conditions will be credited or refunded in full (goods value only) and no charge will be made for re-stocking (re-stocking fees will be advised upon receipt of goods). Please ensure that any returns are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit and a covering note is included containing the following information:
- Your business name
- Your daytime telephone number
- Your email address
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
If for any reason returned goods do not comply with the above you will be contacted by a member of staff.
Damages and shortages:
Any damages or shortages must be advised in writing within 7 days of the date of despatch. A member of staff will be in touch regarding your return request with further instruction.
After 7 days following the date of our original despatch, claims cannot be considered. Credits or replacements will only be processed with supporting photographs/evidence of stock.
**The above does not apply to specially ordered items or custom jobs.
**These items are subject to different terms and re-stocking fees.
Postage refunds are available at 2nd Class standard rates where applicable.
